So how can you become a part of the Freire experience? It all starts with an application. Please click on the link below to access our application:

Once the Office of Admissions receives your application, you will receive a postcard in the mail. This postcard will confirm our receipt as well as ask for additional documents. Your application will not be complete until all of these documents have been received by us.
All admissions decisions will be made using a lottery system. Freire will hold a lottery in both late December and in late March. To be considered for our December admissions lottery, you must have all documentation submitted by December 15th. Shortly after January 1st, you will be notified of the lottery results.
If you were not accepted in the first lottery or if you missed the December 15th deadline, you will be a part of our second lottery in late March provided your application was complete by March 1st. All prospective students and their families will be notified of the lottery results shortly after April 1st. In years prior, demand has exceeded space in our school and a waiting list has been used for those not admitted.
For all students who are accepted, you will be mailed an Intent to Enroll Form. You have thirty days from your acceptance to return this form and hold your seat at Freire. Failure to return this form can result in the loss of your place in our community.
